摘要: Two raters performed hand-held dynamometer testing of six muscle groups 30 patients to determine the interrater reliability procedure. The tested were shoulder external rotators, elbow flexors, wrist extensors, hip knee and ankle dorsiflexors. eight different diagnostic groups, with most having hemiparesis secondary cerebrovascular accidents. We used Pearson product-moment correlations t tests compare two raters' scores. correlation coefficients ranged from .84 .94 ( p < .001). Only (ie, rotators extensors) had mean scores that differed .05) between raters. Although procedure was found be good high in tested, results indicate dynamometry should undergo further evaluation.
