摘要: Roll-over shape (ROS) of knee-ankle-foot (KAF) is a scientific method which has been used to compare performance and design the different prosthetic foot. In current study, however, we aimed understand influence components (i.e. knee foot) on roll-over in unilateral transfemoral amputee. We performed case study based series experiments with repeated measures single amputee wearing two commercially available microprocessor knees, during weeks adaptation period knee/foot using KAF ROS as an objective measure level ground walking. The kinematics center pressure (COP), lateral ankle markers were collected processed obtain results fit circular arc radius curvature (ROC). indicated that knees have influenced ROC outcomes. analysis variance (ANOVA) post hoc test normalized showed mean significantly between Rheo3 knee, Orion2 Echelon reflected his comfort plus College park foot Orion A conclusion drawn multiple zones may exists amputee’s metrics. This finding suggests should not be considered component but rather part whole system zones.
