摘要: Abstract The effect of Fe replacement by R ions on the properties Ni0.7Zn0.3 Fe2O4 ferrite was investigated. Rare earth (R = Yb, Er, Sm, Tb Gd, Dy and Ce) substitute iron in a small amount, 0.5 mol%. It is found that substitutions rare earths may favourably influence magnetic electrical and, therefore, it thus possible to obtain good material for use high frequency applications.
