摘要: Background and objectives A lower urinary pH (UpH) is closely linked to diabetes. However, its relation diabetic renovascular damage unclear. This study aimed identify the relationship between UpH exacerbation of disorders. Methods a 10-year observational targeting 400 outpatients with diabetes who registered in 2003. We investigated 2003 from 2013. Results total 350 participants were eligible for analysis. During their outpatient treatment, decrease was seen glycated hemoglobin levels, blood pressure, estimated glomerular filtration rates (eGFRs), an increase albumin–creatinine ratios (ACRs), uric acid (UA) intima-media thickness (IMT). negatively correlated 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), body mass index, UA, ACR, positively eGFR. The results multiple regression analysis showed that independent risk factors 8-OHdG, eGFR, ACR. also percent change IMT (%IMT), pulse wave velocity (%PWV), log ACR (Δlog ACR), revealed factor %IMT, %PWV Δlog Obese patients low values frequently suffered sleep apnea syndrome. Conclusions These suggest useful marker predicting onset disorder
