摘要: Recently, the plant transport field has shifted their research focus toward a more integrative investigation of networks thought to provide basis for long-range routes. Substantial progress was provided by series elegant techniques that allow visualization or prediction substrate movements in tissues contrast established quantitative methods offering low spatial resolution. These are critically evaluated respect spatio-temporal resolution, invasiveness, dynamics and overall quality. Current limitations route predictions-based on transporter locations modeling addressed. Finally, potential new tools have not yet been fully implemented into is indicated.
