摘要: Abstract How can planners integrate multiple planning processes with conflicting spatial boundaries from various administrative departments? This question presents one of the key obstacles in China's current practices and has aroused controversy among diverse disciplinary backgrounds. Focusing on differences scale between economic social development planning, land use urban master this study explores an integration approaches at different scales based a landscape functional zone (LFZ) analysis for Hebi City, resource-based city China. The been segregated into cultivated landscapes, ecological landscapes rigid conditional restriction levels either dominant or coherent landscapes. In result, was zoned 11 classifications 22 suitability indicators. Rigidly restricted accounted 45.37% total area, conditionally ranked second 12.52% area. With regard to context-dependent debate sharing/land sparing, LFZ is able support land-use policy making scale. To conclude, could be innovative solution conflicts because it clarified difference zones limited few local multifunctional patches.
