摘要: The relation between microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steels was investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron etc. It is shown that the structure consists polygonal ferrite (PF), quasi-polygonal (QPF), acicular (AF), granular bainitic (GF). With increasing volume fraction M-A islands (below 3%), yield strength increases. content higher angle grain boundaries(HAGBs), strength, elongation, DWTT at −15° increase, reaches its highest point in steel containing most GF.
