摘要: Purified DNA encoding α(1,3)fucosyltransferase and the recombinant proteins expressed from such are disclosed. The fucosyltransferase polypeptides used to fucosylate produce therapeutics useful for treatment of disease, e.g., an adverse immune reaction as septicemia or septic shock.
