摘要: Abstract Background Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) has gained popularity in patients with isolated unicompartmental osteoarthritis. To our knowledge no systematic review assessed and compared survivorship of medial lateral UKA. We performed a assessing UKA comparing cohort studies registry-based studies. Methods A search was using PubMed, Embase Cochrane systems. Ninety-six eligible reported survivorship, which fifty-eight sixteen survivorship. Nineteen seven combined Results The five-year, ten-year fifteen-year 93.9%, 91.7% 88.9%, respectively. Lateral 93.2%, 91.4% 89.4% at fifteen-year, No statistical difference between both compartments found. At twenty years twenty-five 84.7% 80%, respectively, but these follow-up intervals. Survivorship not significantly higher to five (94.3 vs. 91.7, p =0.133) ten (90.5 84.1, =0.015). Conclusion This is the first that shows five-, ten- found lower Level evidence Systematic Review level IV
