摘要: Neurons and glia play a critical role in the normal development of central nervous system contribute to injury disease via numerous pathological pathways. Internal external stimuli induce signaling cascades that are incorporated into apoptotic mechanisms, ultimately culminating cell death or survival. Growing bodies evidence demonstrate cycle proteins expressed dying neurons both developing adult brain. Although general mechanisms control have been studied at length, regulation progression cycle, as well reactivation pathways neurons, remains be fully identified. In this chapter, we will review brief with focus on system, examine key contributors involved neurological disorders gliosis, look mechanism re-entry novel disorders.
