摘要: In the last years, an explosion of interest has been seen with respect to clinical decision support systems based on guidelines, since they have promised reduce inter-practice variation, promote evidence-based medicine, and contain cost health care. Despite this great promise, many obstacles lie in way their integration into routine Indeed, first, communication information collect data is a very thorny task due heterogeneity sources. Secondly, machine-readable representation guidelines can generate unrealistic oversimplification reality, not able completely handle uncertainty imprecision typically affecting guidelines. Finally, large number existing implemented as standalone software solutions that cannot be well reused or transported other medical scenarios. Starting from these considerations, paper proposes standards-based service for facilitating development healthcare applications enabling: i) encoding uncertain vague knowledge underpinning by using Fuzzy Logic; ii) input output emerging standard FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). As proof concept, WSDL-based SOAP implementation tested set pertaining evaluation blood pressure monitored patient.
