摘要: Arthroscopic repair of anterior shoulder instability has undergone a significant evolution, offers advantages and obtains encouraging results. Both, the detached glenohumeral ligamentlabral complex capsular laxity, must be addressed. This is best achieved by techniques that labrum some modification Bankart procedure. The stapling have high incidence recurrence complications. Those procedures using anchors require intraarticular knot tying, which technically difficult, their ability to correct redundancy limited. With arthroscopic transglenoid multiple suture lesion corrected shift can performed as required.
