摘要: Many soft matter systems undergo shear and confinement at length scales approaching that of their underlying microstructure. We focus here on our developments in micro‐gap rheometry soft‐tribology/biolubrication for probing the dynamics multiphase complex fluids biofluids from macro‐ to nano‐scale. In particular, we highlight how narrow‐gap can be used determine elasticity weakly‐elastic low‐viscosity characterizing ultra‐low sample volumes biofluids, boundary friction between rubbing hydrophobic compliant substrates is dependent rheology hydration adsorbed species. The presentation will also recent high‐speed visualization rheological tribological contacts.
