摘要: A device for producing metallic particles utilizing the Coanda Effect to draw one stream of gas toward another flowing over a foil. Molten metal is introduced between two streams, and resulting interaction breaks up molten flow into appropriate size, shape, composition like. Various embodiments can be used process cast articles, while other versions coating deposition in liquid, solid or partially solidified form onto substrate.
