摘要: The Earth’s lithosphere may be specified in a number of ways depending on the physical or chemical characteristics being used to define it. Thermally is probably best defined as that portion Earth above zone separating predominantly conductive heat transfer from non-conductive (convective and radiative) (see e.g. Morgan 1984). This definition somewhat oversimplified dominate within tectonically active regions for significant time intervals; however, suitably characterizes most lithosphere, both continental oceanic.
