摘要: Based on the evidence from our previous studies that we can evaluate hydration state of skin surface quickly and quantitatively in terms conductance to high frequency electric current 3.5 MHz, have established a simple vivo function test furnishes information hygroscopic property water-holding capacity stratum corneum few minutes. The procedure consists electromeasurements before after application droplet water for 10 seconds obtain data later serial measurements at an interval 30 2 min capacity. Under usual ambient conditions normal showed rise just water, which was followed by rapid fall-off within seconds, thereafter gradual return prehydration levels min. By this method demonstrated (i) superficial horny layer is much less capable holding than corresponding deeper portions (ii) scaly shows functional defects both hygroscopicity capacity, between former normalizes faster latter.
