摘要: Abstract In this study, xanthine molecules which can serve as an indicator of meat spoilage were determined using a novel and sensitive amperometric biosensor. Biosensor was developed by preparing nanocomposite film that constructed embedding reduced expanded graphene oxide (REGO) sheets decorated with iron (Fe 3 O 4 ) nanoparticles into poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-vinylferrocene) (P(GMA- co -VFc)) phase, covalent immobilization Xanthine oxidase (XOD) on the surface P(GMA-co-VFc)/REGO-Fe film. Bio-analytical optimal experimental conditions such response time, linear range, operation storage stability, working pH temperature studied. Current range detected in 2–36 μM sensitivity 0.17 μA/M, time ∼3 s, detection limit 0.17 μM. The resulting bio-nanocomposite biosensor subjected to fish real sample testings where 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 20 days-old samples’ content measured. found be applicable samples very reliable freshness controlling technique.
