A location-aware multicasting protocol for Bluetooth Location Networks

摘要: Bluetooth Location Network (BLN) is a radio network that composed of some mobile devices and static units, established at the system initialization to form spontaneous topology. In BLN, multicast service defined as periodical delivering messages from Service Server set which are members predefined by Server. Several protocols have been proposed for Ad-Hoc networks, but they create an inefficient tree BLN due existing differences in characteristics between networks. The present paper analyzes these proposes novel multicasting protocol constructing efficient BLN. constructs with good features include shortest path, higher degree path sharing, fewer forwarding nodes.
