摘要: Abstract It was demonstrated that low-intensity radiation of helium-neon (He-Ne) laser at 632.8 nm, which leads to the transition oxygen a singlet state, causes formation reactive species (ROS) – hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl and superoxide (hydroperoxide) radicals in aqueous solutions. The effect dependence peroxide on concentration molecular shown, participation oxygen, this process testified. Laser radiation-induced ROS solutions blood serum proteins, bovine albumin gamma-globulin, cause long-lived protein (LRPS) with half-life about 4 h. generation LRPS caused by irradiation results prolonged several-hour radicals. As affected LRPS, coupled radical reactions lead conversion dissolved peroxide. Irradiation light sources away from absorption band is not attended LRPS. A consideration provided for possible mechanisms under influence He-Ne irradiation, role proteins their biological significance these processes.
