摘要: Accurately predicting the risk of future sexual offending posed by individuals is a key task within criminal justice system, providing vital information to inform treatment planning and sentence management. In particular, prediction plays an important role in ensuring that balance struck between minimizing public supporting self-improvement change amongst who have committed offences. Although therefore widely utilized rehabilitation settings, there are number theoretical practical issues yet be addressed regarding its use. These include validity generalizability tools, indistinct nature measured factors, how appropriately incorporate into behaviour. We hope discussion these will prompt further thinking current management encourage research address challenges.
