摘要: Abstract The article provides a brief overview of the results concerning synthesis inorganic nanocrystals including such compounds as Ag, Au, NiO1+x∙nH2O, CoAl and ZnCo layered double hydroxides (LDH) by Successive Ionic Layer Deposition (SILD) method in aqueous solutions. It is shown that specifying conditions, for example, number SILD cycles, it possible to change size nanocrystals, 2D crystals - their orientation with respect substrate. Along this, first time novel route Co(II)Co(III) LDH presented. was stated nanolayers this compound consist randomly oriented aggregates hexagonal hydrotalcite-like crystal structure, each which has thickness less than 3 nm. based on sequential processing substrate solutions CoCl2 NaBH4 salts certain concentrations intermediate washing excess these reagents distilled water. obtained were characterized via SEM, TEM, XRD, FT-IR XPS methods. Models chemical processes occurring surface during suggested basis experimental results. samples acquired nickel foam (NF) studied electrodes pseudocapacitors electrocatalysts oxygen evolution reaction (OER) alkaline medium. pseudocapacitor showed high specific capacitance (2260 F/g at current density 1 A/g), well good cyclic stability (after 500 charge-discharge drop do not exceed 2%). In addition, material electrocatalytic activity OER medium, 10 mA/cm2 relatively low overpotential 285 mV Tafel slope 95 mV/dec.
