摘要: An autopsy of rupture Mucor cerebral aneurysm, not diagnosed during the patient's life, was experienced. A 63-year-old female admitted to our hospital with chief complaint disturbance consciousness and high fever. Her past histories were diabetes mellitus, liver cirrhosis nasal sinusitis. The remarkable findings on admission moderate inflammatory data, blood sugar level in serum ascites. Brain CT film revealed a non-enhanced low-density area frontal region. cerebrospinal fluid showed bloody color white cell counts 3300/microliter (mostly neutrophils). Under suspected bacterial encephalomeningitis, intravenous cefotaxime ampicillin therapy started immediately. Cultures for bacteria negative. her gradually improved under general treatment. However, conscious suddenly became coma 6th day she died 9th day. at site aneurysm.
