摘要: The volumetric measurement of the real renal perfusion is interest in many clinical situations. It promises better understanding function and development healthy children with acute or chronic failure, inflammation any type, scarring, swelling, trauma, operations, other conditions. Until now only scintigraphic techniques allowed plasma flow practice. With color Doppler sonography all relevant data to calculate volume blood that passes through kidney a certain time can be measured. aim this paper investigate utility describing 63 four separate age groups. shown related body surface area constant throughout childhood. Its mean value 383 ml/min x m2. results new technique sonographic determination are then compared 21 pediatric patients by 123I-hippurate clearance. This way significant correlation both methods demonstrated.
