摘要: The use of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) in modern cattle breeding is an important tool for improving the production dairy and beef cattle. A frequently employed ART industry vitro embryos. However, bovine produced embryos differ greatly from their vivo counterparts many facets, including developmental competence. lower capacity these could be due to stress which gametes and/or are exposed during embryo production, specifically ovarian hormonal stimulation, follicular aspiration, oocyte maturation hormone supplemented medium, sperm handling, gamete cryopreservation, culture negative effects some ARTs on development could, at least partially, explained by disruption physiological epigenetic profile Here, we review current literature with regard putative link between used reproduction disorders changes expression embryonic genes. Information relationship reproductive biotechnologies aberrant gene limited novel approaches needed explore ways can improved avoid disorders.
