摘要: High quality NdFeO3 single crystal has been grown by the four-mirror image floating zone technique. The magnetic properties and specific heat of were systematically studied in temperature range from 2 to 300 K. A clear spin reorientation behavior is observed a wide 100 170 K, with gradual transition Fe3+ moment ordering {Gz, Mx}-type at low temperatures {Gx, Mz}-type high temperatures. In value Mx not equal zero. It assumed mixed {Gxz, Mxz}-type orderings. During orientation process, hysteresis loops become narrow very small coercivity. Based on measurement, Schottky anomaly thermal anomalies induced also discussed.
