摘要: Maximum Entropy Processing (MaxEnt) has proven to be a serious alternative Fourier transform for the processing of NMR data sets1–4. However, use MaxEnt protein spectra presents several difficulties that this paper intends address. Examples using GIFA algorithm are shown which include lorentzian deconvolution 1D and 2D proteins, J-deconvolution COSY experiments, deconvolution, truncation artifact reduction homonuclear 3D spectra.
