摘要: In order to maintain reliability and reduce uncertainties in the operation of distribution network caused by a large penetration distributed generation energy intensive appliances, monitoring capabilities networks need be improved for deployment proper control actions. This paper proposes conceptual framework securing enhanced applications taking market aspect into account. A simulation platform is proposed performance assessment applications, which will reveal how their accuracy affected measurement equipment communication system, as well interaction with markets.
