摘要: Abstract Peripheral blood lymphocytes from patients with malignant brain tumors were found to have a cytotoxic effect against cultured autologous tumor cells as well normal adult and fetal glial obtained 18- 20-week surgical abortions. In blind series of 32 patients, five nine glioma could be detected by using 51 Cr-labeled targets appropriate controls. Lymphocytes “benign” gliomas, nonglial, or metastatic characterized low absent cytotoxicity. The results are interpreted show development cell-bound immunity antigens in destructive infiltrating carrying the antigenic determinants through immunological barrier normally isolating central nervous tissues.
