摘要: Data on work disability lack a standardized approach when defining the main variables. As consequence, these data do not usually provide reliable information about health problems and related outcome measures. Examples of this unreliability are provided by rather different approaches used in Dutch social security compared with national statistics disability. Several authors have tried to cope introducing concepts that recognize as multifaceted phenomenon it is still data. We recommend development global use one concept so make comparable. The recently presented International Classification Functioning, Disability, Health seems be sound base for further exploration possibilities standardization occupational security.
