摘要: Ursolic acid is triterpene isolated from Uncaria rhynchophylla and a pharmacologically active substance. The induction of dendritic cell maturation critical for the Ag-specific T-lymphocyte response may be essential development human vaccine relying on T immunity. In this study, we investigated that effect phenotypic functional monocyte-derived cells in vitro. Dendritic harvested day 8 were examined using assay. expression levels CD1a, CD80, CD83, CD86, HLA-DR CCR7 acid-primed was slightly enhanced. dose-dependently enhanced stimulatory capacity an allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction, as measured by proliferation. production IL-12p70 induced inhibited anti-Toll-like receptor-2 (TLR2) mAb anti-TLR4 mAb. Moreover, expressed mRNA coding both TLR2 TLR4. majority produced considerable interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma), but also small amounts interleukin (IL-4)-4. have intermediate migratory towards CCL19 CCL21. These results suggest modulates function fashion favors Th1 polarization via activation dependent and/or TLR4, used cells-based vaccines cancer immunotherapy.
