摘要: Warm ischemia is known to induce substantial damage the liver parenchyma. With respect clinical transplantation, tolerance of warm and preservation these organs have not been studied in detail. In isolated reperfused pig livers we proceeded according following concept: Livers were subjected 1 or 3 h ischemia. Subsequently, preserved by either normothermic perfusion cold storage (histidine-tryptophan-α-ketoglutarate, HTK) for each. After storage, function was assessed a reperfusion circuit another h. Parameters under evaluation bile flow, oxygen consumption, enzyme release into perfusate (creatine kinase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), lactic dehydrogenase, pyruvic transaminase), histomorphology. Damage lowest after The results superior those (GOT: 3.2±0.3 2.6±0.2 U/g liver; cumulative production: 14.7±2.1 9.4±1 ml, respectively;P<0.05). contrast, found at end undergoing both techniques with severe hepatocellular pyknoses essentially altered nonparenchymal cells. suggest that HTK solution may lead functioning transplantation.
