摘要: This report focuses on defining pedestrian exposure to traffic crashes and evaluating methods for measuring it in California. It includes a assessing training curriculum evaluation manually counting pedestrians; an test of automated methods; ways create statewide database; and, protocol studying Alameda County. The also results two supporting research efforts: review state-of-the-art volume modeling used estimate exposure, detailed field manual methods.
