摘要: Figure 1. Overexpression of DUSP26 in macrophages inhibits LPSstimulated TNF-α production. RAW264.7 cells were transfected with either the empty vector or construct expressing FLAG-DUSP26. After 16 h stimulation LPS (1 μg/mL), supernatants analyzed for production using an ELISA assay as described Experimental Section. Cell lysates subjected to immunoblotting anti-FLAG antibody detection DUSP26. The results presented are representative three independent experiments. Error bars indicate ±SEM.
