摘要: ABSTRACTThe effect of aluminium excess on the composition and microstructure Mo–Al alloys from aluminothermic reduction metallurgical-grade MoO3 was investigated. Aluminium ranged 0 to 30% (in wt-%) with respect stoichiometric amount. The results showed that molybdenum yield increases for higher aluminium. were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD). following phases observed in microstructures: Moss, Mo3Al, Mo3Al8, besides particles Al2O3. also leads a product containing significant amounts silicon.
