Porous zinc cobaltite (ZnCo2O4) film by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction towards solid-state symmetric supercapacitive device

摘要: Abstract One-step, simple and inexpensive successive ionic layer adsorption reaction (SILAR) method has been used to synthesize porous network of zinc cobaltite (ZnCo 2 O 4 ) in 2D form on stainless steel (SS) substrate. Porous structure ZnCo electrode enables electrochemical specific capacitance 675 Fg −1 at 5 mV s sweep rate with high capability cycling performance 69% over 2000 cycles. Furthermore, fabricated solid-state supercapacitor cell symmetric mode using PVA-KOH gel electrolyte exhibited a 69.65 Fg energy 9.67 Wh kg power 1.45 kW kg current density 1.07 Ag . The results clearly demonstrate the facile for synthesis make them promising material storage application.
