摘要: The concentrations of thiamin and phosphate esters were determined by high performance liquid chromatography in four patients with clinical Wernicke encephalopathy. Three alcohol abusers, one had prolonged vomiting anorexia. Thiamin monophosphate assessed plasma whole blood (four patients) cerebrospinal fluid (two before during treatment. diphosphate was also the patients.
