Large atherosclerotic left main coronary aneurysm: a case report and review of literature

摘要: Left main coronary aneurysm is a very rare disorder. Aneurysm may be single or multiple, saccular fusiform. Atherosclerosis, mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, trauma, angioplasty, atheroctomy, laser procedures, systemic lupus erythematosus, periarteritis nodosa types of arteritis, dissection, syphilis, mycotic emboli lead to aneurysms. The complications aneurysms are: thrombosis, distal embolisation, rupture and calcification. Operative therapy should necessary for large left because their predisposition thrombosis embolism. coexisting significant obstructive CAD important in making decision the operative treatment patients with aneurysm. proper type operation not clear.
