摘要: Flame-spectrophotometric and atomic-absorption methods of assaying trace amounts thallium in biological material have been investigated. With the Perkin-Elmer, Model 303, spectrophotometer atomic absorption is more sensitive yields detection limits comparable with those reported literature for most types flame-emission equipment. A simple rapid method micro sampling by using a tantalum boat described. It enables nanogram (down to 3 ng) 50 100 µl blood urine be determined an accuracy precision 5 per cent. This represents increase sensitivity at least twenty-five times over conventional spectrophotometry. The results obtained are susceptible inter-element interferences, calibration additions essential accurate quantitative results.
