摘要: Infections with gastrointestinal nematodes provoke immune and inflammatory responses mediated by cytokines released from T-helper type-2 (Th2) cells. Trichinella species have been reported to differ the host species. Previously, in rats, we observed acute liver inflammation response infection spiralis, rat hosts showed a series of biochemical changes characterized decrease serum paraoxonase (PON) 1 activity associated down-regulation hepatic PON1 synthesis. In present study, investigated effect(s) differences on against T. spiralis analyzing inflammatory/anti-inflammatory mediators mice. There were inconsistent mice infected these significant increases levels interleukin (IL)-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, tumor necrosis factor α during enteric phase infection, while IL-5 interferon γ significantly increased throughout entire experimental period. Moreover, was little cell infiltration tissues. Given zoonotic prevalence further mechanistic research this area is warranted.
