摘要: Abstract Twenty-eight patients with dural arteriovenous malformations, mostly located along the cranial base and in occipitomastoid region, were studied angiographically. It was often possible to define a relationship between clinical syndrome angiographic pattern of venous drainage. Intracranial hemorrhages occurred those whom drainage malformation limited pial veins, while cavernous sinus fistula present when retrograde from anomaly extended through distensible ophthalmic veins. If outflow antegrade usual channels, reflected only presence volume shunt.
