摘要: The aim of this work was to assess the uptake citrate-coated magnetite nanoparticles (NPs) by wheat plants and its effect on bioaccumulation toxicity individual joint Cd(2+) Cr(6+) levels. Seven-day assays were conducted using quartz sand as plant growth substrate. endpoints measured seed germination, root shoot lengths, heavy metal accumulation. Magnetite exhibited very low toxicity, regardless seedling NP distribution into roots shoots. germination length not sensitive enough, while a more endpoint. seedlings exposed metals decreased 50% at 2.67mgCd(2)(+)kg(-1) 5.53mgCr(6+)kg(-1). However, when NPs (1000mgkg(-1)) added, increased 25 50%. showed similar noninteractive action, but strongly impaired seedlings. In contrast, an interactive infra-additive or antagonistic observed upon adding NPs. Thus, cadmium chromium accumulation in vegetable tissues considerately diminished alleviated.
