摘要: An image retrieval is provided for displaying any selected stored on a tape cassette or cartridge, which may be video tape, photographic film etc., using available display equipment, by keying, simple numerical keyboard, index numbers indicate successively finer categories of subject matter until the desired item (or small group items) displayed, alternatively, selecting one these items if its code number known. Means are selectively advancing backing up displays examination, and rapid visual scanning series successive images.
