摘要: Abstract The rates of adsorption radioactively-labelled fowl plague and vaccinia viruses to red blood cells, chick embryo HeLa cells ascites tumour in suspension have been studied. observed were less than the calculated collision between virus particles cells. initial corresponded those expected if one third collisions is effective for adsorption. Later fell, mainly owing clumping same which support multiplication do not. Elution from at 37° was rapid, but very little elution or took place tissue culture 37°.
