摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW: To review the current reproductive advances in insulin-sensitizing agents for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients. RECENT FINDINGS: date, among drugs, only metformin should be used to improve function well selected Preliminary data seem show beneficial effects thiazolidinediones improving metabolic and hormonal patterns restoring regular menses. SUMMARY: The use drugs offers a new perspective syndrome-related disorders. However, further are needed before we can draw definitive conclusions regarding their clinical role.
