摘要: In this study, we report that lncRNA SNHG16 is upregulated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues, and correlates with tumor size, TNM stage lymph node metastasis. Kaplan-Meier analysis shows the patients high expression have poorer disease-free survival (DFS) overall (OS) than low expression. Multivariate Cox regression reveals could be regarded as an independent predictor for DFS OS NSCLC patients. Cell experiments show promotes proliferation, migration invasion. miR-146a further identified confirmed to target of SNHG16, functions by targeting miR-146a. Subsequently, MUC5AC, a major mucin human respiratory tract correlated post-operative metastasis recurrence NSCLC, regulated miR-146a, plays positive role promoting invasion, which might involved oncogenic activity SNHG16-miR-146a axis NSCLC. Animal also confirm these conclusions. Collectively, results elucidate potential mechanism underlying carcinogenesis indicate act novel promising marker prognosis, therapeutic treatment.
