摘要: Abstract To determine if exercise training alters the pattern and magnitude of plasma concentrations proenkephalin Peptide F epinephrine, [107–140] Fir catecholamines were examined pre-training (T-1), after 4- (T-2), 8- (T-3), 12-weeks (T-4) training. 26 healthy men matched randomly assigned to one three groups: heavy resistance strength (Strength, n = 9), high intensity endurance (Endurance, n = 8), or both modalities combined (Combined, n = 9). Blood was collected using a syringe with cannula inserted into superficial arm vein samples at rest, each 7 min stage 5 15 min recovery. With training, all groups observed shifted responses graded exercise, where significant increases lower intensities. Increases in epinephrine groups. The Combined group saw 25% T-3 for 50% T-2, T-3, T-4 which higher than T-1. Endurance demonstrated T-1, but not T-4. response reduced Strength group. norepinephrine above rest starting . reduction 100% can be altered by different types physical Simultaneous may produce adrenal medulla exhaustion when compared single mode
