摘要: A process has been developed to remove H[sub 2]S and COS at high temperatures (675-1,075 K) from fuel gases produced by a coal gasification plant. The uses MnO or FeO on [gamma]-Al[sub 2]O[sub 3] acceptors which can be regenerated after sulfidation with gas containing steam. should used in fixed bed moving reactor. It is important know what influence the raw composition of plant operating temperature pressure have behavior acceptors. Experiments are carried out laboratory setup determine these influences. After an initial deactivation over 400 sulfidation-regeneration cycles. Water adversely affects capacity, whereas CO favors capacity due water-gas shift reaction. Trace compounds negatively as, e.g., HCl, hydrocarbons do not acceptor performance. An optimum between stability reached 875 K. increasing does reaction, but reaction may positively influenced.
