摘要: A new sensitive assay has been developed for the quantitative measurement of BN50727 at picomole level in human plasma and urine. The drug internal standard (BN50788) were measured by combined liquid chromatography/negative ion chemical ionization mass spectrometry with methane as reagent gas. simple solid-liquid extraction procedure was used to isolate from complex biological matrices. spectrometer tuned monitor intense stable m/z 333 which generated source a dissociative capture process. This performed 1 ml or 0.1 urine quantification limit method statistically calculated ng ml−1. very low relative deviations mean percentages error during different within-day between-day repeatability assays have clearly demonstrated ruggedness technique routine determination fluids. Some preliminary results on pharmacokinetics are presented illustrate applicability this powerful chromatographic/mass spectrometric method.
