摘要: In this paper we present the formation of mono- and binuclear complexes by octapeptide (c(HKHPHKHP)) with copper(II) ions. The ligand was synthesized manually solid-phase method. Its characteristic cyclic structure significantly influences coordination abilities. studied peptide has two Pro amino acid residues in sequence. This causes independent centres able to undertake metal ion binding. potentiometric spectroscopic (UV-vis, CD EPR) studies were carried out aqueous solutions pH range 2.5–11.0 at 298 K, HNO3 used as solvent KNO3, where ionic strength 0.1 M. analysis together have shown that investigated forms only mono-nuclear when metal-to-ligand molar ratio is 1 : 1. When concentration Cu(II) ions increases ligand-to-metal 1 : 2 preferred system.
