Effects of Hot-Pressing Temperature on the Magnetic Properties of Hot-Pressed Nanocrystalline Nd–Fe–B Magnets

摘要: Bulk nanocrystalline Nd–Fe–B magnets are prepared by the hot-pressing method at different temperatures of 450 °C–650 °C. The initial magnetization curve changes from a single-phase for below 600 °C to two-phase 650 Henkel plot is also measured investigate exchange coupling interaction, and results show that two positive peaks occur on $\delta \text{M}$ magnet Scanning electron microscopy (Pr, Nd)-rich phase aggregated along gaps ribbons °C, behaves magnetically soft property. inhomogeneous microstructure caused aggregation with temperature increase leads change in behaviors.
